At D.M.E.I. Inc., volunteers play a vital role in empowering and supporting youth through education, athletics, community outreach, and faith-based initiatives. We seek passionate individuals dedicated to making a positive impact in the lives of young people by mentoring, assisting in programs, and contributing to our mission of developing future leaders.

 

Responsibilities:

 • Assist in organizing and facilitating educational, athletic, and mentorship programs.

 • Provide guidance and support to youth in their academic and personal development.

 • Participate in community outreach initiatives and service projects.

 • Support faith-based programs that promote values of integrity, perseverance, and service.

 • Help with event coordination, fundraising efforts, and administrative tasks as needed.

 • Serve as a positive role model, encouraging discipline, resilience, and teamwork.

 

Qualifications:

 • Passion for youth development and community engagement.

 • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

 • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups.

 • Commitment to upholding D.M.E.I.’s values of faith, integrity, and leadership.

 • Previous experience in mentoring, coaching, education, or nonprofit work (preferred but not required).

 • Must pass a background check (if applicable).
